Checkpoint Credit Application

Are you an outside organization or association hosting a training event or meeting focusing on nerve conduction studies?  If so, you have the opportunity to request Checkpoint credit for the event.  Checkpoints are educational sessions nerve conduction technologists must complete in order to renew their CNCT certification.  Approved Checkpoint applications will give Certified Nerve Conduction Technologists (CNCTs) the ability to claim Checkpoint credit toward their CNCT recertification.  Please follow the process outlined below for consideration.
